This spec home was built in 2007 by Marble Construction in the Grand Boulevard area of North Vancouver. The home was developed as a unique construction project, using concrete block construction as the primary frame and structural shell, a method rarely used for single family homes in Vancouver and across the North Shore at the time.

The use of concrete blocks for the structure set this home apart within the neighborhood, offering a higher level of structural strength, durability, and long term performance compared to conventional wood frame construction. This approach represented a forward thinking build strategy and introduced a new construction standard within the Grand Boulevard area.

Marble Construction managed and built the project from start to finish, overseeing all aspects of planning, coordination, and execution.
