Designed as a ground up custom build, the residence emphasizes architectural presence, material quality, and a calm, highly livable interior environment within one of the North Shore’s most sought after communities.

A striking floating staircase with custom millwork welcomes visitors into a dramatic double height foyer, immediately establishing a sense of openness and craftsmanship. The interior design is guided by a nature inspired palette of soft greys, browns, and whites, carried consistently through flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and wall surfaces to create a warm and cohesive atmosphere throughout the home.

Oversized windows and folding doors bring in abundant natural light while reinforcing a strong connection between interior spaces and the outdoors. Finishes were carefully selected to balance richness with restraint, including rift cut oak dark brown cabinetry, white Caesarstone countertops, black marble backsplashes, Caesarstone fireplace mantels, engineered flooring, and handcrafted light fixtures.
